AOC Fiefs Vendéens Brem
This cuvée is our expression of the AOC Fiefs Vendéens-Brem. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Négrette that come from different plots of our domain.
A little anecdote :
For your next dinner with your friends, the AOC Fiefs Vendéens Brem requires at least 50% of Pinot Noir and 10% of Negrette for its red wines. We went for 50-50 !

Up to 5 years.
Tasting
Body: garnet coloured, clear and shiny.Nose: hints of black fruit, blackcurrent, blackberry, cherry and raspberry.
Mouth: touches of tangy red fruit, crisp with a round and generous structure.
Food & wine pairing
Aperitifs, grilled aubergine, barbecues with friends.
