Planted in 2018, at the beginning of the domain, the Clos parcel overlooks Brem-sur-Mer and offers a view of the ocean. In the middle of a protected natural area, our Chenin flourishes on 0.96 ha and benefits from a granitic terroir outcropping the bedrock.
This cuvée, which has a fresh and saline expression, is made from a blend of different vines of Chardonnay and Chenin from our vineyard. It is a fruity wine that will be the perfect companion for your aperitifs or seafood.
This cuvée is made from our best plot of Chardonnay, planted in the Fief de la Gîte on a subsoil of alteration of schists. After 12 months of ageing, this wine is crisp and full-bodied with a long finish.
